This release request is for a total of 1.485 acres that have been fenced off for
parking, drainage, and trail easements granted to the City of Loveland. The revised
permit area as proposed leaves a total of 255.55 acres remaining in the mining permit
boundary.
Attached are two versions of the revised Exhibit C-1 and the revised Exhibit F-1
showing the 1.485 acres to be removed from the east mining permit boundary. This
area was fenced off by the City of Loveland when they installed a parking lot, a
drainage swale, and pedestrian trail in early 2019. It is easily identifiable and public
access is allowed to this area so it is appropriate to remove it from the mining
boundary.
If you have any questions or require additional information please advise.
Thank you,
TO*--—— - Prikl,4
ilita(p
Stephanie Fanche -English
Loveland Ready Mix Concrete
Attachments: Request for Permit Area Reduction Cover Sheet
Exhibit C-1: Area to be Reduced and TR1 changes
Exhibit C-1: Revised
Exhibit F-1: Area to be Reduced and TR1 changes
Exhibit F-1: Revised
Attachment 1-City of Loveland Easement Information
