The financial warranty increase submitted with TR 112 of $1,014.00 was <br />determined acceptable. <br /> TR 113: TR 113 was proposed and approved for installation of a leach study cell. The <br />financial warranty increase submitted with TR 113 of $43,472.00 was determined <br />acceptable. <br /> TR 114: TR 114 was proposed and approved for relocation of a lime/cement silo. The <br />financial warranty increase submitted with TR 114 of $7,494.00 was determined <br />acceptable. <br /> TR 115: TR 115 was proposed and approved to more efficiently propose changes with <br />minor affects to the required financial warranty not related to environmental protection <br />facilities. It was determined and approved that TR 115 itself would have no impacts on the <br />financial warranty, and no increase was proposed. Surety accounting submittals, which are <br />submitted under the terms of TR 115, may include increased financial warranty. <br />o Surety Adjustment Update 1 to TR 115 to construct a new core shed was proposed <br />and denied. <br />o Surety Adjustment Update 2 to TR 115 was proposed and approved to construct a <br />new core shed. The financial warranty increase submitted with this adjustment of <br />$27,025 was determined acceptable. <br /> TR 116: TR 116 was proposed and approved to conduct underground exploration <br />activities. The financial warranty increase submitted with TR 116 of $260,338.00 was <br />determined acceptable. <br /> TR 117: TR 117 was proposed and approved for VLF2 Phase 2A Part 1 CQA. It was <br />determined and approved that TR 117 would have no impacts on the financial warranty; <br />therefore, no increase was proposed. <br /> TR 118: TR 118 was proposed and approved for VLF2 Phase 2A Part 2 CQA. It was <br />determined and approved that TR 118 would have no impacts on the financial warranty; <br />therefore, no increase was proposed. <br /> TR 119: TR 119 was proposed and approved for water quality NPL modifications. It was <br />determined and approved that TR 119 would have no impacts on the financial warranty; <br />therefore, no increase was proposed. <br /> <br /> <br />Enhancement and general maintenance of stormwater control features continued in 2019. Other <br />Amendment 12 construction activities will continue throughout 2019 and beyond. <br /> <br />Reclamation accomplished in 2019 included the following projects: <br /> <br />Approximately 6.42 acres of disturbance associated with the Cresson Project were reclaimed in <br />2019 as shown on the figure in Attachment 1. All areas were re-contoured and six inches of growth <br />medium was applied prior to seeding. <br /> <br />Weed control techniques were implemented within the Cresson Project area in the summer of <br />2019, and will continue as needed in 2020 (Attachment 2, figures).
