<br /> for the Pikeview Quarry, File No. M-1977-211
<br /> Dear Party and/or Interested Person:
<br /> Please see the attached"Notice of Continuance Mined Land Reclamation Board Hearing March 25-26,
<br /> 2020"dated March 16, 2020.
<br /> As previous notices have conveyed, the Division has received written objections to the subject
<br /> amendment application. Therefore,pursuant to Rule 1.4.9(2)(a)and 1.7.4(2),the Division has scheduled
<br /> the application for a Formal Board Hearing for consideration. The hearing has been continued to the
<br /> April 22 and 23, 2020 Board meeting, which will occur at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver,
<br /> Colorado,beginning at 9:00 a.m.or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered.During the hearing
<br /> the Board will consider the application with objections and may decide to approve, approve with
<br /> conditions, or deny the application for the Pikeview Quarry Amendment.
<br /> Pursuant to Rule 1.4.9, on March 6, 2020 the Division issued its recommendation to the Board for
<br /> approval of the amendment application. A copy of the Division's recommendation was forwarded to all
<br /> parties and interested persons.
<br /> Pursuant to Rule 2.7, the Division held a Pre-hearing Conference on Thursday March 12, 2020 at 10:00
<br /> to describe the Division's review process, to explain the rights and responsibilities of parties, to discuss
<br /> and resolve issues to the extent possible, to describe the Board Hearing processes, to propose a list of
<br /> issues under the Board's jurisdiction, to simplify that list, and to identify parties. The Pre-hearing
<br /> Conference was held at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado.
