<br /> THIS DEED is dated this , day of May, 2019, and is made
<br /> between ELI DOOSE, the "Grantor," of the County of Ouray and State
<br /> of Colorado and RED MOUNTAIN TRUST, LLC, a Colorado limited
<br /> liability company, the "Grantee," whose legal address is 19911 Hwy
<br /> 550, Montrose, CO 81403 of the County of Ouray, State of Colorado.
<br /> WITNESS, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and Other Good and
<br /> Valuable Consideration (S10.00), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does
<br /> hereby remise, release, sell and QUITCLAIM unto the Grantee, and the Grantee's heirs and assigns,
<br /> forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the Grantor has in and to the real property,
<br /> together with any improvements thereon, located in the County of Ouray and State of Colorado,
<br /> described as follows:
<br /> Any and all rights in and to the Von Doose unpatented mining claim, BLM Serial No. CMC 291463
<br /> and the DVD unpatented mining claim, BLM Serial No. CMC 291462 , as more particularly
<br /> described in Location Certificates dated October 25, 2018 and recorded on December 18,2018 at
<br /> Reception Nos. 222211 and 222212, Ouray County public records.
<br /> Said unpatented mining claims located in the Red Mountain Mining District, County of Ouray and State
<br /> of Colorado.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and
<br /> privileges thereunto belonging, or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate,right, title, interest
<br /> and claim whatsoever of the Grantor, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,benefit and behoof of
<br /> the Grantee, and the Grantee's heirs and assigns, forever.
