EXHIBIT L
Von Doose Mine 110(1)Reclamation Permit Application
Permanent Manmade Structures
The only permanent manmade structure within 200-hundred feet of the affected area is the private road
that accesses the patented mining claims.
As described in Exhibits A,C and D,the private road will be used to access the site and portions will be
altered as part of the proposed operations. AMR and RMT have entered into a structure agreement to
ensure that RMT will be compensated for any damages to the road by AMR(Attachment L1).
Ouray County Road 20A is approximately 260 feet from the affected area boundary. As a result,AMR
has not sought a structure agreement with Ouray County regarding CR20A.
