A dredge fill permit (404) is not required because there are <br /> no waters of the U.S. on this site. . <br /> 5. A Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) will be prepared for <br /> this pit if there is a potential for surface water leaving <br /> the site. <br /> 6.
