You will see that our calculated bond <br /> amount of$587,000 is not much more than our current financial warranty of <br /> $546,800. <br /> At this time LRM would also like to clarify some misinformation in paragraph 5 of the <br /> inspection report. The report references lined cells 1 and 2. Cells/Pits 1 and 2 are not <br /> lined and are shown to be pre 1981 ponds not requiring augmentation on Exhibit A of <br /> 00CW142. It can be confusing, but 00CW142 refers to "lined ponds 1 and 2 as <br /> described in Paragraph 16.2".
