Ponds 8,10,and 19 have been mined and backfilled.
Pond 14 surface area has been reduced to reflect backfilling shown in 2006 and assumes additional fines will be added to the
existing islands.
Ponds 16 and 17 have been lined and will not be filled with exposed ground water. Pond 18 is currently being mined and is
dewatered in the process. It will be de-watered in the future by draining by gravity into Pit 14 through a drainage ditch that is
estimated to be 4,171 feet long and 3 ft wide.
Pit 20 is not scheduled to be mined until after 2010.
Undefined areas allows for up to 6.73 additional acres to be augmented.
