Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> R - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete coal mine inspection of the Coal Ridge Mine conducted by Zach Trujillo of Colorado <br /> Division of Reclamation,Mining and Saftey on March 9,2019. The inspection started with a records check at the <br /> Garfield County Courthouse in Glenwood Springs followed by a ground inspection of the site.The weather was <br /> clear with temperatures around fifty degrees during the inspection. Ground conditions were wet with partial snow <br /> cover along shaded areas. Coal Ridge Mine is currently inactive and no mine represtative accompanied the <br /> inspection.The landowner was informed of the inspection and a representative attended the inspection. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> The Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine's compliance records are at the Garfield County Courthouse in Glenwood Springs, <br /> Colorado. Please see the Division's Availability of Records form at the end of this inspection report for more <br /> details. <br /> OTHER(SPECIFY): <br /> Mowing operations have been conducted on the site by the landowner. The remaining road was mowed as well as <br /> each bench along the reclaimed facilities area. Additionally, a line was mowed running parallel to the road which <br /> was done to create a"fire break".
