PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> GCC Energy, LLC, 6473 County Road 120, Hesperus, Colorado, 81326, (970) 385-4528, has submitted a <br /> complete application for a technical revision (TR-29) to a valid existing permit for the King Coal Mine (Permit C- <br /> 81-035) with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining&Safety. The surface of the affected area is owned by the State of Colorado, <br /> Huntington Ranches, Crawford Ranches, BLM, GCC Energy, Ute Mountain Tribe, Thomas&Patricia Compton, <br /> Jack Wiltse, and Blast & Cast, Inc. The proposed land use at the completion of mining is rangeland. <br /> A copy of the application is available for public review at the La Plata County Clerk and Recorder's Office, 679 <br /> Turner Drive, Durango, CO, and at the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety, 1313 Sherman St., <br /> Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, phone (303) 866-3567.
