<br /> GCC Energy, LLC, 6473 County Road 120, Hesperus, Colorado, 81326, (970) 385-4528, has submitted a
<br /> complete application for a technical revision (TR-29) to a valid existing permit for the King Coal Mine (Permit C-
<br /> 81-035) with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining&Safety. The purpose of the revision is to add three
<br /> additional portals and access roads immediately adjacent to the existing surface facilities.
<br /> The entire permit area is described as follows:

<br /> All active mining activities of the mine lie to the north and south sides of Hay Gulch, approximately 4.5-6.5
<br /> miles southwest of Hesperus, CO, as identified on U.S.G.S. 7.5-minute quadrangles of Hesperus, Kline,
<br /> Thompson Park & Mormon Reservoir. The surface of the affected area is owned by the State of Colorado,
<br /> Huntington Ranches, Crawford Ranches, BLM, GCC Energy, Ute Mountain Tribe, Thomas&Patricia Compton,
<br /> Jack Wiltse, and Blast & Cast, Inc. The proposed land use at the completion of mining is rangeland.

<br /> Turner Drive, Durango, CO, and at the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety, 1313 Sherman St.,

<br /> comments or objections within 10 days of the publication of this notice. All comments, objections, and requests
