<br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on March 6, 2020, a minor revision application (MR-442) to <br />the West Elk Mine, Permit No. C-1980-007, operated by Mountain Coal Company, LLC, 5174 Highway <br />133, Somerset, CO 81434 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. Exhibit 1 is updated to <br />include recent changes to the Officers and Directors of Mountain Coal Company, LLC; Arch Western <br />Resources, LLC; Arch Western Acquisition, LLC; Arch Western Acquisition Corporation; and Arch Coal, <br />Inc. The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved <br />for disturbance.
