15. Not a Public Dedication. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to be a gift or <br />dedication of the Access Easement or any portion thereof to the general public, or for any public <br />use or purposes whatsoever except for emergency access. <br />16. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance <br />with the laws of the State of Colorado, without reference to conflicts of law principles. <br />17. Counterparts.
