EXHIBIT J <br />VEGETATION INFORMATION <br />The property consists of pinon/juniper with sage and some sparse grasses and small forbs. The <br />cover in this area is only 20%. These lands are not irrigated and their only use is by occasional <br />wildlife. <br />The Dotsero area is part of the Foothill Shrublands of Southern Rockies ecoregion. The Southern <br />Rockies are composed of high elevation, steep, rugged mountains. The mining terrace of the Rincon <br />Materials area encompasses native sagebrush shrublands (Artemisia tridentata) and the Facilities <br />Area is in dryland / formerly irrigated grass pasture. Steeper aspects, such as the natural visual <br />berms, are vegetated with native Utah juniper (Juniperus osteosperma)-pinyon pine (Pinus edulis) <br />open woodlands, with robust sagebrush and Utah serviceberry (Amelanchier utahensis). Yost Ditch <br />traverses the Rincon Materials area, carrying seasonal irrigation water and supporting a narrow <br />Rincon Materials J-1 Crm 1—kki and Ass iatm PLIA! <br />February 2020 <br />
