Introduction <br />The proposed Rincon Materials is located 0.5 miles north of Dotsero in Eagle County, Colorado <br />and accessed from US Highway 6. Dotsero is at the confluence of the Eagle and Colorado Rivers <br />and at the base of the Dotsero Crater. The site, in relation to Dotsero, is shown on the Exhibit B <br />Index Map. The mining area is located on a dry terrace elevated above irrigated pasture to the west. <br />A list of the names and mailing addresses of the landowners is listed in Exhibit O. <br />The overall permit area is 106.7 acres. The overall disturbed area for Rincon Materials is 69.5 acres <br />for the mining pits, road, conveyor route, facilities area. and sediment ponds. The permit boundary <br />is shown on Map C-1, the mining areas and related facilities are shown on Map C -2A. <br />Rincon Partners, LLC is the owner of the land upon which the Rincon Materials is located. <br />The site access crosses a parcel owned by Sentry Construction.
