At that time, the Succession of Operators application as <br /> submitted was deemed incomplete by the Division. <br /> To address the missing portions of the application, the following item(s) have been submitted to the <br /> Division to-date via e-mail: <br /> 1. You have specified that you wish to maintain your right to a decision within 30 days from the <br /> completeness date of the application, and to provide a replacement financial warranty in the amount of <br /> the existing bond ($194,300.00). The permit will be transferred within 30 days, and the new permittee <br /> (successor operator) will be responsible for adequately bonding the site for reclamation from that point <br /> forward. If needed, please contact the Division's Bonding Specialist for additional information with <br /> respect to bonding options and requirements. <br /> 2. You have provided documentation demonstrating legal right to enter in the form of an executed lease <br /> for the permitted property with the Colorado State Land Board. <br /> The followiniz item(s) are still required for your Succession of Operators application to be called <br /> complete: <br /> 1. Replacement Reclamation Bond in the amount of$194,300.00 <br /> Please provide the required Replacement Reclamation Bond by April 13, 2020.
