Box 187 <br /> Craig, CO 81626 <br /> 3 March 2020 <br /> Re: Trapper Mine (Permit No. C1981-010) <br /> Review of 2019 Q4 Discharge Monitoring Reports <br /> Dear Mr. Roberts: <br /> The Division has received and reviewed Trapper Mines 2019 Quarter 4 Discharge Monitoring <br /> Reports (DMRs) for the Trapper Mine. The report covers the period from October through <br /> December 2019. The Discharge Monitoring Report was received by the Division on 13 February <br /> 2020. <br /> Trapper submits the DMRs to the Division quarterly in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). <br /> Trapper reported that three outfalls discharged during the quarter; outfalls 001, 002 and 011 <br /> discharged routinely throughout the quarter and 020 discharged in response to a precipitation <br /> event. Trapper reported that no primary effluent limitations were exceeded during the quarter. <br /> TDS values for the active outfalls were reported. <br /> All outfalls have been properly maintained and no ponds exceeded the 60%threshold for sediment <br /> accumulation. <br /> The Division does not have any questions or further comments at this time.
