Subsequent to our January 28, 2020 correspondence, a
duplicate entry was noted. The removal of this duplicate entry resulted in a 2.04 acre reduction
of the reclaimed land from 17.82 to 15.78 acres. Table 1 has been revised to reflect this
change. Fifteen reclaimed well pads (15.78 cumulative acres) should be recognized as fully
reclaimed at this time, releasing NS from additional or future reclamation responsibility unless
these areas are redisturbed by NS. This reclaimed acreage is to remain within the NS's current
Permit and Lease areas.
Should you have any questions or comments, please contact me at (970) 254-1224 or (970)
216-1010 (c), or Kirk Daehling at(888) 464-7632 ext. 114.
Regards,
r
61
erald J.
