Compliance With Mine Plan Y - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> Y -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> A partial inspection was conducted by Daniel Cunningham and Jared Ebert of DRMS on February 26,2020.The <br /> weather was clear and warm, and the ground was muddy. <br /> The NECC representatives who participated in the field inspection were Vince Massarotti. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Ditches(67, 63,62, 61, 57,56, 55)were inspected. Excessive plant growth was noted in the western side of upper <br /> RDA diversion ditch(55). All other ditches were clear of sediment and debris. <br /> Culverts(88, 81,45,41,40, 39)were inspected. Culvert(39)appeared to have some debris inside it(Photo: 3). All <br /> other culverts were clean and free of debris <br /> Ponds 006A,and 008 were inspected.None of them were discharging,but both held at least a small amount of <br /> water.The water in Pond 008 was more than 13 feet below the primary spillway.No significant issues were seen <br /> with the embankments or spillways of any ponds. There was no evidence that water was being moved via pipes <br /> during the time of the inspection. <br /> PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES—Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br /> Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br /> No erosion was seen on the reclaimed portion of the RDA. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 5 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br />
