February 27,2020 C-1996-084/Lorencito Canyon Mine DC 1 <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3),Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5)and <br /> (6)/4.03.2(5) and(6),Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> No problems were noted with the roads on the Lorencito permitted area. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> The hill known as "the knob"looked to be generally stable,with no large gullies. <br /> The shrub plot and hillsides around it looked very good in terms of vegetative cover. <br /> The rills around pond 06 have stabilized with good vegetation growth. <br /> The hillside above the pond cleaning dump area appeared have little vegetation. However,efforts to stabilize the <br /> area were seen throughout. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15 <br /> Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> A few small areas were noted as having little to no vegetation growth on them.
