6.3.2 EXHIBIT B — Site Description <br /> Applicant: McCormick Excavation and Paving McCormick Pit 1 <br /> (a)The soil characteristics is a Stone-Kimst- Fort Collins loams. Elevation is 4274 ft. <br /> Mean annual precipitation is 13 to 16 inches.The soils is a Fort Collins soil.The native vegetation <br /> is grass.The surface layer is a loam,drainage class well drained. Parent material Fine loamy eolain <br /> deposits over fine loamy alluvium. <br /> Native plant cover is Rangeland.The typical grass found in these soils are blue grama 40pct. <br /> Western wheat grass 25 pct. Buffalo grass 5pct, sand drop seed pct, sedge 5pct. <br /> (b) Man made structure within 200 ft of the site is the fence. The land owner which is the <br /> applicant too. The value of the fence is$1200.00 <br /> (c) Water resource in the area: There is no springs, lakes, stock water ponds, ditches, reservoirs, <br /> and aquifers that would receive drainage directly from the affected area. There are no live <br /> streams that would receive any water runoff. Water table is 150 feet in depth to the water table. <br /> (d) There is no critical or important wildlife habitats or wildlife species will be impacted by the <br /> proposed operation. <br />
