PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> James and Yvette Downing, 1067 E. Highway 24 <br /> #263, Woodland Park, CO. 80863. 719-306-5609, <br /> has filed an application for a Hard Rock/Metal <br /> Mining Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Act. <br /> The Colorado Minded Land Reclamation Board <br /> under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is known <br /> as the D. Family Jewels, and is located at or near <br /> Section 24, Township 115, Range 71W, 6th Prime <br /> Meridian. <br /> The proposed date of commencement is 01, April, <br /> 2020, and the proposed date of completion is 01 <br /> October, 2025. The proposed future use of the <br /> land is Forestry. <br /> Additional information and tentative decision <br /> date may be obtained from the Division of Recla- <br /> mation, Mining, and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, <br /> Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, <br /> or at the Teller County Clerk and Recorder's <br /> office. 112 N A. St. Cripple Creek, CO. 80813, or <br /> the above-named applicant. A complete copy of <br /> the application is available at the above-named <br /> County Clerk and Recorder's office and at the <br /> Division office. <br /> Comments concerning the application and ex- <br /> hibits must be in writing and must be received by <br /> the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety <br /> by 4:00 p.m. on 3-2-2020. <br /> Please note that under the provisions of C.R.S. <br /> 34-32-101 et seg. Comments related to noise, <br /> truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, <br /> effects on property values and other social or <br /> economic concerns are issues not subject to this <br /> Office's jurisdiction.
