Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA - Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Trapper Mine;permit C 1981010,operated by Trapper Mining Inc. <br /> The inspection was conducted aerially by Brock Bowles,the images were analyzed and the report <br /> prepared by me,Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Skies appeared cloudy. Active mining was taking place at <br /> the time of inspection. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> o PR9 Update <br /> o SL20 Phase III Bond Release Extension Granted pending issuance of PR9 or TR124 for <br /> shrub density change. Adequacy in progress <br /> o TR 124 Adequacy in progress <br /> OUTSTANDING MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> 1. Several Elaeagnus angustifolia should be removed around impoundment H. <br /> INSPECTION: Revised 25 February 2020 <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Main haul roads and access roads appeared snow covered and stable. One dragline was operating casting <br /> spoil,one dragline was idle. Haul trucks transporting coal and ash were noted in the imagery. The <br /> inspection focused on activities occurring in the pit. Contemporaneous reclamation, grading,overburden <br /> and topsoil placement have been completed for the 2019 season, and appear to have progressed <br /> adequately and as permitted. No offsite air quality or hydrologic issues were observed at the time of <br /> inspection. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.031(3)14.03.2(3);Drainage 4.031(4)14.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.031(5) <br /> and(6)14.03.2(5) and(6);Reclamation 4.031(7)14.03.2(7) <br /> o Haul roads and access roads appeared snow covered and in good repair,well maintained and free <br /> of ruts, standing water or ice. <br /> o Ditches appeared to be functioning adequately.
