Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Roadside Portals Mine conducted on February 21,2020. The inspection was <br /> completed by Clayton Wein of the Division. Tonya Hammond of Snowcap Coal Company, Inc.was present for <br /> the inspection. The weather was clear and windy with a temperature of 32 degrees F. The ground conditions were <br /> Dry. The Remaining Disturbed area at the mine site is now a total of 0.4 acres. <br /> FISH and WILDLIFE—Rule 4.18: <br /> At the end of the inspection at the southern end of the permit boundary, a couple of deer were seen <br /> crossing the access road. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> The remaining disturbed area at the mine site is associated with the 0.4 acres of repair work approved by <br /> Technical Revision No. 69 (Photos 1,2 and 3). The work for TR-69 was conducted in October and November of <br /> 2019. The site was stable and there were no indications of erosional features. The sediment logs surrounding the <br /> down-slope (west)side of the disturbed area were in good condition. There was no observed sign of off-site <br /> impacts from the disturbance. The Disturbance boundary markers were identified delineating the disturbance. <br /> The markers were in good condition.
