On February 19, 2020, the Division received your responses to the Incompleteness <br /> Notice mailed to you January 8, 2020. However, there are outstanding incomplete items for <br /> this Succession of Operators request. <br /> The following items are still incomplete for the application to be processed: <br /> 1. On page 8, the date that Permit M-1977-317 was granted to Summit Brick and Tile <br /> Co. is incorrect. Summit Brick and Tile Co. was granted permit M-1977-317 through <br /> an SO from Red Mountain Clay on 9/20/1994. Please update. <br /> 2. Also on page 8, Summit Brick and Tile Company, Inc is incorrect it should be <br /> updated to Summit Brick and Tile Company. <br /> 3. On page 9, in the Notary For Permitee section the name of the company is <br /> incorrectly filled out, please correct. <br /> 4. Structure Agreements, please provide a list of structures that the structure <br /> agreement pertains to. A complete structure agreement form is attached to this <br /> letter. Also there is what appears to be a waterline that runs parallel to the <br /> southern boundary of the permit (see attached map), this needs a structure <br /> agreement as well. <br /> Please provide the above documents by February 26, 2020. All completed permit documents <br /> are required to be submitted for consideration of your Request for Transfer of Mineral <br /> Permit and Succession of Operators Application. An incomplete application will be denied <br /> after the 60 day submittal request. The Division feels that there is not sufficient time to <br /> properly respond to this adequacy letter before the decision date.
