Please be advised that on February 19, 2020, CRG Mining, LLC, whose address and telephone number are
510 S Wisconsin St,Gunnison,CO 81230;[phone],filed an application to conduct a(n)Underground
mining and reclamation operation,at or near Section 12,Township 50N,Range 3E, 10th Principle Meridian,
in Gunnison County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section,
Township, and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a Forestry post-mining land use. The
application decision date is scheduled for March 20,2020.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Gunnison County Clerk&Recorder's office and at the
office of the Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety.
