PUBLIC NOTICE Scott Contracting,Inc. (9200 E.Mineral Ave., #400,Centennial,Colorado 80112,303-279- 9099),has filed an application for a Regular(112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclama- tion Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials.The proposed mine is known as the Rifle Gravel Pit#1,and is located at or near Township 6 South,Range 92 West,6th PM Sec. 8:S1/2 SW1/4,Sec. 17:N1/2 NW1/4 AND NW11/4 NW1/4 W/2NE/4.
