are 1067 E. US Highway 24 #263, Woodland Park, CO 80863; [phone], filed an application to
conduct a(n) Surface mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 24, Township 11 S, Range 71 W,
06th Principle Meridian,in Teller County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than
one Section,Township,and Range.Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a Forestry post-mining land
use. The application decision date is scheduled for March 7,2020.
