The poles service the lot <br /> to the immediate south of the permitted area and do not appear to be within 200 feet of <br /> the permitted land. However, while on site I noted that a new barbed wire fence line has <br /> been installed along the eastern boundary of the pennitted area. I contacted the realtor <br /> who sold the property and in turn have contacted the new land owner, a ranching venture <br /> headquartered in Lubbock, Texas. I have sent them a structures agreement indemnifying <br /> the fence line but have not heard back from them to date. Seifert will file the SO <br /> response documents prior to February 26, 2020 without the structures agreement for the <br /> fence if not received prior and will continue to request for the notarized sign-off or <br /> communication as to why this acknowledgement has not been returned. As so the <br /> original structures agreement regarding the road along parts of the western boundary line, <br /> the Home Owners Association for Legacy Ranch has taken ownership of all roads and <br /> associated structures within the past two years and our updated agreement has been <br /> executed between Seifert and legal representatives of the HOA. <br /> I look forward to hearing from you in the near future. <br /> Regards, <br /> KSKIco Consulting Geologist <br /> Azurite.
