On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC following are its responses to the DRMS's comments <br /> and concerns. <br /> Item 2 of the Adequacy Letter <br /> Please provide technical justification for a reduction of monitoring at all ten boreholes or a subset of <br /> the ten holes. This information could include:hydrogeological conditions at or near the site, the lack <br /> of domestic wells that are using the water potentially impacted by mining, water quality data from <br /> Annual Hydrology Reports, and/or other pertinent information. <br /> A discussion of the location of domestic wells is included on revised pages 2.04-66, 67 and 68. New <br /> Map 23B was generated to show water wells located further north of the mine.The domestic and <br /> stock water wells are clearly located in aquifers located significantly above any water that could be <br /> potentially impact by the mining operation. <br /> Revised pages include; <br /> Volume I, Pages vi, 2.04-66, 67 and 68 and 2.05-124, 2.05-126(no change for this transmittal) <br /> Volume II, New map 23B Water Well Location, North Area <br /> Please let me know if you have any additional questions. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> J.
