Please discuss to what extent if any, as per <br /> Rules 2.07(1)(a) and 4.05.11, any possible negative impacts to ground water due to depth <br /> of miming that could occur . <br /> 3. Also include in this discussion possible impacts to developed water wells and water rights <br /> in the area as per Rules 2.05.6 (below), and 4.05.11; Mitigation of Impacts and Ground <br /> Water Protection respectively.
