Update and clarify the current Mining Plan and associated maps with regard to the maximum <br /> allowable disturbance area; <br /> 2. Update and clarify the current Reclamation Plan and associated maps with regard to the <br /> reclamation of the conveyor system;and <br /> 3. Recalculate the financial warranty to include the reclamation of the conveyor system. <br /> Mining Plan <br /> The current permitted maximum allowable acreage of unreclaimed mine disturbance is 105 acres.As <br /> was stated in TR-02,this disturbance maximum does not include other affected lands such as the access <br /> road,trailers and maintenance shop,stockpiles,etc. It is understood that most of these other affected <br /> lands will require reclamation and they are included in the reclamation cost estimate but are not <br /> included when calculating the mining disturbance.We have calculated the current unreclaimed mine <br /> disturbance at 158.1 acres including 92.5 acres of active mining acres and 65.6 acres of previously mined <br /> areas that are currently in the process of being reclaimed.
