Fossil Creek Mines LLC
510 S. Wisconsin St.
Gunnison, CO 81230
January 29, 2020
CRG Mining LLC
510 S.Wisconsin St.
Gunnison, CO 81230
Re: Raymond Mine and Associated Sites, Approval for Right to Enter, and Final Reclamation Plan
Dear CRG Mining—
This letter is to formally convey the approval of Fossil Creek Mines, who is the owner of the land and
minerals in the areas you wish to affect by mining activity,to allow CRG Mining, the permit applicant
and operator of the lands in question. CRG Mining is hereby allowed right-of-entry to the patented
claims upon which certain mining sites will become disturbed by permitted mining activity. CRG Mining
is further allowed right-of-entry onto those lands for purposes of carrying out the subsequent
reclamation of said mining disturbances. This approval is to have the duration of the life of the mining
and reclamation permit, or until written notice is delivered to the other party, stating that the right-of-
entry is to be terminated.
It is understood that CRG Mining is obtaining a permit to reactivate specific sites that were disturbed by
mining in the past. Fossil Creek Mines, as landowner of these sites, also wishes to state clearly, that it is
our wish that the reclamation plan for the required final reclamation of the approved mining
disturbances must provide for the potential future use of these sites for mining. Specifically, while we
require CRG Mining to install durable and securable entry structures at all underground openings that
will be used, and maintain them for the duration of the mining activity,we will require that these entry
structure installations remain as permanent features on our patented claims. We do not wish for the
openings to be backfilled, blasted shut or collapsed to close them.
There will be other aspects of the mining disturbance that will need to be properly reclaimed, such as
the waste rock disposal areas, cut and fill surfaces, and drainage structures. These will need to be
adequately reclaimed according to the permit. The roads that exist on our property, though not needing
significant upgrades, will need maintenance and accommodation for drainage.
We appreciate your interest in our properties.
Sincerel ,
Jake Wilkinson
Manager, Fossil Creek Mining
