The applicant is Southway Construction Company, Inc. A second version of <br /> the same permit application package was delivered and signed for by your offices on or near <br /> September 2, 2019. A Preliminary Adequacy Response #1 to and revised application were <br /> delivered and signed for your offices on or near January 28, 2020. Thank you for your prompt <br /> return of each signed application receipts. <br /> Additional changes were made to the permit file as a result of the DRMS Adequacy Review #2 <br /> process and the DRMS requested a new submittal. See the attached Adequacy Response #2 with <br /> supporting pages and map to be added to the DRMS 112c permit application package dated January <br /> 20, 2020. <br /> The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) requires evidence that the <br /> application has been filed with your office.
