EXHIBIT C— PREMINING AND MINING PLAN MAP(S) OF THE AFFECTED AREA <br /> The Jensen Pit mining plan maps show the following information: <br /> 1) Adjoining surface owners of record as of the date of this application; <br /> 2) The name and location of creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas lines, and power and <br /> communication lines in the pit area and within 200 feet of the pit boundaries <br /> 3) The existing topography of the pit areas, including contour lines, which portray the <br /> direction and rate of slope of the affected land; <br /> 4) The total area to be involved in the operation, including the area to be mined and the <br /> area of the affected lands; <br /> 5) The type of existing vegetation covering the affected lands; <br /> 6) Water information; <br /> 7) The owner's name, type of structures, and location of all significant, valuable, and <br /> permanent man-made structures contained on the area of affected lands and within <br /> 200' of the affected lands; <br /> 8) Soils information at the site; and <br /> 9) An aerial photo <br />
