Ames potholed <br /> various locations along the western most underdrain to determine depth of bedrock. Bedrock was encountered at <br /> varying depths between 8'to 12' below colluvium. Ground Engineering was onsite to notify APC and Ames when <br /> bedrock was encountered. Material continues to be placed west of the bench road and north of Zone 1. Ground <br /> Engineering was onsite for observation of fill placement and to perform compaction testing. Compaction tests are <br /> passing per the soils report. <br />
