EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> The site is approximately 11.3 miles northwest of Walsenburg, CO and 4 miles east of Badito, <br /> CO. The property is bounded by dry rangeland in each cardinal direction. A dry arroyo exists <br /> to the north and the property owner will retain their structures in the northwest corner of the <br /> parcel.
