This
inspection report is a result of evaluation of the photos taken on 1/24/20120. Things looked quiet and
tidy. My only concern is a safety concern. There is a hole feature on top of the raw coal pile adjacent to
the dozer ramp. I suspect it is a result of the raw material dropping into the reclaim tunnel and being
conveyed over to the air jig. It may be something you guys deal with all the time, but it was the first
time I had seen this, and I wanted to make sure no equipment operator is surprised by it.
Please let me know if you have any questions regarding my report.
Janet Binns
Environmental Protection Specialist III
Coal Regulatory Program
P 303.866.3567 ext 8107 1 F 303.832.8106
1313 Sherman St., Room 215, Denver, CO 80203
janet.binns@state.co.us I http://mining.state.co.us
C 0 L 0 R A D 0
A C40 aa Division of Reclamation,
TM
P .
Mining and Safety
Department of Natural Resources
J Aerial Inspection report 01-24-2020.pdf
1800K
https://mail.google.com/mail/b/AH 1 rexTRzZwGmXDGk8zQRuz3ZrgeibBETpT3DxRSww8Lifd8ypRd/u/O?ik=deb7fOcd20&view=pt&search=all&permthi... 1/1
