Compliance With Mine Plan R - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> A partial inspection was conducted by Rob Zuber of DRMS on January 23,2020.Basil Bear of Wolverine Fuels <br /> (BRL)participated in the field inspection. <br /> The weather was cloudy, and the ground was covered with snow. Much of the site was only viewed from afar due <br /> to the ground conditions. The West Mine was not accessed due to the road being blocked by a large snow drift. <br /> FISH and WILDLIFE—Rule 4.18: <br /> Several elk were seen on the East Mine reclamation <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> The ponds at the loadout and the Coal Storage Area(next to loadout)were mostly dry, and no problems <br /> were identified with these ponds. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12: <br /> No slides or other damage were seen at the reclaimed area of the East Mine or the ROM and Timber <br /> Storage areas.The East Mine was only seen from afar. The West Mine was not inspected. <br /> OFFSITE SUPPORT FACILIITES - Rule 4.04,4.28: <br /> No problems were seen with the Coal Storage Area by the highway or with the loadout. The loadout has <br /> been cleaned up: scrap iron and equipment have been removed and wood has been burned.
