As reported on December 9, 2019, CC&V collected fourth quarter compliance groundwater samples from
monitoring wells SGMW-6B, GVMW-8A,and GVMW-813 on November 12,2019. CC&V received the lab report for
these analyses on December 3,2019,and upon review, determined that SGMW-6B exceeded established numeric
protection limits for fluoride, manganese, and sulfate,GVMW-8A exceeded established numeric protection limits
for fluoride, and GVMW-8B exceeded established numeric protection limits for fluoride. Table 6 below lists the
exceedance for the location and the associated parameter.
Table 6.
Value Table
Location Sample Date Parameter NPL(mg/L) Standard
(mg/L) (mg/L)
SGMW-613 11/12/2019 Fluoride 8.07 2.0 2.0
SGMW-6B 11/12/2019 Manganese 6.39 3 0.05
SGMW-613 11/12/2019 Sulfate 992 250 250
GVMW-8A 11/12/2019 Fluoride 2.05 2.0 2.0
GVMW-8B 11/12/2019 Fluoride 2.5 2.0 2.0
As reported on January 16, 2019, CC&V collected fourth quarter compliance groundwater samples from
monitoring well CRMW-313 on December 9,2019.
