(Tri-State), is the parent <br /> company to Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company <br /> L.P. (Colowyo). Therefore, Tri-State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting these additional <br /> materials to technical revision 136(TR-136) to Permit No. C-1981-019. <br /> The original submitted materials for TR-136 propose to add secondary spillways (straight <br /> pipes) to EP l and EP2 stack ponds, reduces the overall contributing watershed to Prospect Pond <br /> by approximately 7 acres, and proposes to add riprap lining to the D2 Ditch. The additional <br /> material contained herein propose adding a culvert to the Section 16 Fill Ditch to support non- <br /> Colowyo road development project that is planned to occur in later in 2020.
