The Ore is processed at either <br /> the valley leach facilities or high-grade mill. Product is recovered at the <br /> absorption/desorption and recovery facilities where concentrates from the high-grade mill <br /> are shipped off site for further processing. The scope of the proposed amendment is to <br /> extend the life of mine to 2028 by adding 118 tons of leach capacity through construction <br /> of Phase 3 of the Valley Leach Facility along with other site improvements. <br /> ® Augmentation Plan: The Cripple Creek Et Victor Gold Mine is currently operating pursuant to <br /> Division 2 Water Court Decree No. 02CW122. Pursuant to section 5.2.4 of the decree a <br /> monthly accounting, form has previously been developed and used to report to the State <br /> Engineer the Lined Areas acreage, the calculated stream depletions, and the amount of <br /> replacement water deliveries. This form will be updated monthly to identify the then-current <br /> size and location of the Lined Areas, how the depletions and replacements will be calculated <br /> to conform to this Plan, and where replacement water for each Lined Area will be delivered. <br /> The applicant shall conform the requirements imposed in case no. 02CW122 prior to the <br /> implementation of the improvements described in this application. <br /> ® If storm water is contained on-site in other structures, the applicant should be aware that, <br /> unless the storm water detention structures can meet the requirements of a "storm water <br /> detention and infiltration facility" as defined in section 37-92-602(8), Colorado Revised <br /> Statutes, the structure may be subject to administration by this office. The applicant should <br /> review DWR's Administrative Statement Regarding the Management of Storm Water <br /> Detention Facilities and Post-Wildland Fire Facilities in Colorado (available at: <br /> http://water.state.co.us/DWRI Pub/Documents/DWR%2OStorm%2OWater%2OStatement.pdf) <br /> to ensure that the notification, construction and operation of the proposed structure meets <br /> statutory and administrative requirements.
