The report was received by the <br /> Division on January 15, 2020, thank you for your timely submittal. The Division finds the 2019 <br /> AHR to be in compliance with the following Rules: <br /> Rule 4.05.13(1), (2), (3) and(4), the approved Permit Application Package and the Probable <br /> Hydrologic Consequences (PHQ. During the calendar year of 2019 no surface disturbances <br /> were created at the Fruita Loadout. With the approval of TR-1 (Technical Revision No. 1) on <br /> October 10, 2012, all water monitoring was suspended. The TR was approved due to the <br /> construction at the loadout being delayed until the McClane Canyon Mine (MCM) obtains a <br /> sales contract or another mine shows interest in using the loadout. There was no consumptive <br /> water use during 2019 and no discharge from the site occurred. <br /> This concludes the Division's review of the 2019 Annual Hydrology Report for the Fruita <br /> Loadout.
