Show <br /> the size and kind of all surface disturbances such as trenches,pits, settling ponds,stream channels and run-off diversions, waste <br /> dumps,drill pads,timber disposal or clearance,etc.Include sizes,capacities,acreage,amounts,locations,materials Involved,etc. <br /> Please see the attached maps; <br /> (EXHIBIT C)"Location"is taken from a PDF copy of the"Hackett Mountain Quadrangle,Colorado,7.5-Minute Series.The area of <br /> the claims is shown at a scale of 1:24,000,and includes all streams,creeks,springs and seasonal run off. <br /> (EXHIBIT B)"Disturbances"is an operator created map to show the current areas of interest being explored.Prospecting activities <br /> will primarily occur within these areas of interest but may also occur anywhere within the contiguous operation boundary. <br /> -Approximately 2 to 3 cubic yards of material will be moved per day,1 to 2 days per week or 35 to 40 days per year,for a total <br /> approximate material disturbance of 0.15 acres combined for all mining or prospecting activities per mining season at all locations <br /> within the contiguous operation boundary or 0.75 acres disturbed over 5 years.
