San Luis Project-M-88-112 December 2019 Monthly Report Dear Mr.West: The following summarizes monitoring and site activities at the Battle Mountain Resources Inc. (BMRI) "San Luis Project"(M-88-112)for the month of December 2019. Surface and groundwater monitoring and analysis were completed for all the required sites during the month as specified in the TR-32 Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)Plan. Tailing Facility/Leak Detection System On December 4, 2019, lysimeters LS3 and LD3 were replaced due to failure and new lysimeters (LS3R, LD3R)were installed approximately 30-40 feet southeast of the corresponding original lysimeters. The six lysimeters which are a part of the Lined Tailing Facility (LTF) leak detection system were inspected and verified for proper vacuum and operation. As shown in Table 1,there was no pore space water found to be present in any of the six lysimeter collection pans, therefore, no sampling or laboratory analysis was required. The depths to water found for each piezometer are shown in Table 2. All piezometers were either dry or contained less than twelve inches of water.
