The mining claim <br /> has been recorded and serial number assigned as shown on the enclosed Recordation Receipt <br /> Report and the table below: <br /> CLAIM/SITE NAME SERIAL NUMBER <br /> D Family Jewels CMC 293961 <br /> A copy of your filings and receipt of payment are enclosed for your records. Please reference <br /> your claim name and serial number in all future correspondence and annual filing documents. <br /> Pursuant to 43 C.F.R. §3832.11, when locating mining claims/sites, you must follow both state <br /> and Federal law, and COLs must be recorded in the county in which they are located as <br /> referenced in 43 C.F.R. §3833.11: "you must record in the proper BLM State Office a copy of <br /> the notice of certificate of location(COL) that you recorded or will record in the local recording <br /> office by the 90th day after the date of location." <br /> In order to maintain the mining claim for each assessment year, under 30 U.S.C. §28f and <br /> implementing regulations under 43 C.F.R. §3834 Required Fees for Mining Claims or Sites, and <br /> 43 C.F.R. §3835 Waivers from Annual Maintenance Fees a claimant must either: <br /> Pay the annual maintenance fee of$165 per lode claim, mill or tunnel site or$165 for <br /> every 20 acres or portion thereof contained in a placer claim on or before September I` <br /> for the upcoming assessment year.
