The reports were received electronically on November 1, 2019 (October report),
December 3, 2019 (November report) and January 9, 2020 (December and quarterly
reports). The reports cover the time period of October 1, 2019 through December 31,
2019. The Division finds the reports to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2).
There are three outfalls associated with the CO-0038342 DMR permit, Outfall 001,
Outfall 002 and Outfall 004. During the months of October, November and December,
there was no discharge recorded from outfalls 001, 002 and 004. Therefore, no
exceedances occurred.
This concludes the Division's review of the 41h Quarter 2019 Discharge Monitoring
Reports for the McClane Canyon Mine.
