Therefore, Tri-State on <br /> the behalf of the ERMR is submitting technical revision 97 (TR-97)to Permit No. C-1981-008. <br /> TR-97 proposes to remove SW-N102 form the surface water monitoring program at New <br /> Horizon. SW-N102 was established on a small tributary of Calamity Draw at the historic outfall <br /> of the former Pond 007 (Pond 007 has been Phase III released and is no longer within the permit <br /> boundary). SW-N102 monitored return irrigation tail waters from the irrigated pasture fields <br /> located above Pond 007. All lands contributing to the SW-N102 monitoring location, including <br /> Pond 007, have been Phase III released, removed from the permit boundary, and subsequently <br /> returned to the surface land owner. Therefore, it is appropriate to removed this site from New <br /> Horizon's surface water monitoring program as it is no longer necessary to collect data on <br /> irrigation return flows since all areas have been Phase III release and removed from the permit <br /> boundary. <br /> Included in this technical revision are a revision application,a proposed public notice, <br /> and a change of index sheet to ease incorporation of this technical revision into the permit <br /> document.
