The east side ditch near Pond 001 adjacent to the <br /> graveled work area has been cleaned and the rubber liner exposed as seen in Photo One. The ditch is in good <br /> condition and excessive sediment was not observed. Pond 001 was stable at the time of the inspection, the banks <br /> are well vegetated and showed no signs of settling slumping or erosion. Pond 001 can be seen in Photo Two. No <br /> standing water was observed in Pond 001. <br /> Pond 002 was also observed, and was stable at the time of the inspection and can be seen in Photo Three. The <br /> banks of the pond as well as the bottom are well vegetated. The ditches that report to Pond 002 were also <br /> observed and appeared stable during the inspection. No signs of settling, slumping or erosion was noted during <br /> this inspection. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> The graveled work area located on the west end of the site was observed and stable at the time of the <br /> inspection. A small stockpile of gravel is left on the pad and will remain on site for landowner use on the <br /> property. The stockpile was stable and in good condition at the time of the inspection. The graveled area and <br /> stockpile can be seen in Photo Four. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Several topsoil stockpiles are located on site and were observed.
