Environmental Protection Facility Certification <br /> Climax Mine — Permit No. M-1977-493 <br /> Technical Revision 29 <br /> Interceptor Improvement Project— Phase D <br /> The Interceptor Improvement Project — Phase D was approved as Technical Revision No. <br /> 29 to Mine Permit No. M-1977-493 on March 26, 2019. This project is located at Climax <br /> Molybdenum Company's Climax Mine in Summit County. The project involved the <br /> replacement of an approximately 3,800-foot section of an existing pipeline used to convey <br /> fresh water from Searle Creek around the mine impacted areas. The undersigned was <br /> responsible for the design of the pipeline and appurtenant structures. <br /> The contractor has substantially completed the construction of the project and it has been <br /> tested and determined to be functional. Record Drawings of the project are attached. <br /> Pursuant to Rule 7.3.2, the Professional Engineer that has signed and sealed below certifies <br /> that the project was completed in general conformance with the approved design as <br /> submitted to the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety.
