Exhibit C Skull Creek Sand Project <br /> Project Area Description <br /> The Skull Creek Sand Project is located approximately 2.7 miles NW of Massadona, CO on State <br /> Lands. The Project Boundary encompasses approximately 484.6 acres of which there will be <br /> approximately 144.6 acres of disturbance due to mining activities. Elevations of the Project <br /> Boundary vary from 5,665 ft to 6,040 ft. <br /> Adjacent Ownership <br /> All adjoining surface owners of record are depicted on Map C-1. <br /> Pre-Existing Structures and Features <br /> Map C-2 depicts the name and location of all creeks and roads within two hundred (200) feet of <br /> all boundaries of the affected area. <br /> Maps C-8 and C-9 show the existing permanent structures within the affected lands and within <br /> 200' of the boundary of the affected lands, being the boundaries (25 feet from center, each <br /> side of existing road). In this case, the structures are only on the Francis Lewis property, Parcel <br /> 1127354000111 and are reflected on drawing C-8. Power poles owned by Moon Lake Power <br /> are reflected on drawing C-9. Both Moon Lake Power and Frances Lewis have signed <br /> agreements for liability and have been incorporated into Exhibit S. There are no other existing <br /> structures within or 200 feet from the boundaries of the affected lands. <br /> Included in this narrative are photos of existing structures before mining or improving the <br /> existing Old Mine Road for haul trucks. <br /> 1 <br /> 11/7/2019 <br />
